Keeping track of your mileage is key to becoming a better runner. Here are some tools to help you.
Note 1: Total Mileage can include other activities and sports. Subtract time in activities from run time.
Note 2: This is a general guideline. You may progress at different speeds. Some athletes will need to train a few levels younger then their age, and some may progress at a faster rate. A reduction in mileage is suggested after any long break, or injury. Following this gradual build up will keep runners injury free.
